Google has already confirmed its next Made by Google event for August 12 to unveil the Pixel 11 series smartphones. While it wasn’t confirmed whether the brand planned to launch a new generation of wearables this year, a new price leak from Dealabs suggests that the Pixel Watch 5 will also break cover at the event, and it might come with a price hike, just like the Pixel smartphones.
According to Dealabs, Google is keeping the same basic Pixel Watch 5 lineup as last year. The watch is expected to come in 41mm and 45mm sizes, with both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi as well as 4G LTE models.
Some models are getting more expensive
Compared to the Pixel Watch 4 launch prices, the Pixel Watch 5 appears to be getting a targeted price hike. The 41mm Bluetooth/Wi-Fi model is reportedly going from €399 to €419, while the 41mm LTE version is moving from €499 to €519. Both models are seeing a €20 increase in Europe.

The larger 45mm models appear to be unchanged in Europe and the U.K. The Bluetooth/Wi-Fi version is still listed at €449 and £399, while the LTE version remains at €549 and £499. U.S. pricing looks different, though, as both 45mm models are reportedly getting a $30 increase, moving from $399 to $429 and from $499 to $529. All the leaked prices in euros, pounds sterling, and U.S. dollars are listed in the table below.
| Model | Price (USD/EUR/GBP) |
| Pixel Watch 5 41mm (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) | $399 / €419 / £369 |
| Pixel Watch 5 41mm (4G LTE) | $499 / €519 / £469 |
| Pixel Watch 5 45mm (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) | $429 / €449 / £399 |
| Pixel Watch 5 45mm (4G LTE ) | $529 / €549 / £499 |
A new Pyrite color is coming
The Pixel Watch 5 is also expected to get a new color called Pyrite. Dealabs says the 41mm version will be available in Pyrite, Silver, Anthracite, and Gold, while the 45mm version will skip Gold and stick to Pyrite, Silver, and Anthracite. Preorders for the Pixel Watch 5 are expected to open on August 12 after the unveiling, while market availability could begin on August 20.

The only question now is whether the Pixel Watch 5 has enough new features to justify an upgrade. It should ship with Wear OS 7, bringing better battery life, Live Updates, improved workout tracking with Fitness Contextualization, and Gemini Intelligence features such as Custom Widget Generation and Advanced Task Automation. Some of these features are already rolling out to the Pixel Watch 4 with the latest update, though it remains to be seen whether Google keeps some of the more advanced on-device AI features exclusive to newer watches.
