New to Prime Day? We have a primer on everything you need to know. Sales are accurate at the time of publication, but prices and inventory are always subject to change.
I didn’t find out I was going to the Governor’s Ball Music Festival last month until about 12 hours before I was supposed to arrive there. Frantically, I set to work planning out my outfit and what I’d pack before realizing I didn’t have a portable phone charger handy. I ran over to the deli and asked them to give me whatever they had, which turned out to be a tiny, white box that came with pre-attached Lightning and USB-C cables, plus a magnetic charging pad that could accommodate another phone or an Apple Watch.
In the month since that all went down, I’ve carried the little guy everywhere, and used it every single day—and there’s one just like it for sale on Amazon during Prime Day. I love it because all the cords you need are built-in, so you don’t have to remember a cable—you can just change on the go
Why you need this Rorry portable charger
This Rorry portable charger is usually $33, but it’s marked down to $26 right now. Available in a rainbow of colors and in the compact size of 4.33 x 2.83 x 0.83 inches, here’s what it offers:
-
A USB-C charger
-
A Lightning charger
-
A magnetic charger for phones or Apple Watches
-
Enough power to fully charge an iPhone 15 once or an Apple Watch 10 times
-
A keychain attachment
This beats my bodega special, which is bigger, plain white, and missing the useful keychain. I’ll be buying as an upgrade as soon as I finish writing this article.
